What is friction welding?

This technology involves rubbing two metals together at high speed, generating frictional heat, and applying pressure to bond them at a molecular level.

About the product

What is the difference between this and a normal sake cup?

By joining aluminum and copper together and placing the copper, which has a higher specific gravity, at the bottom, it has excellent stability.

In addition, its high thermal conductivity and thin mouth allow you to enjoy cold drinks comfortably.

Do you offer after-sales service?

This is an after-sales service for painting only.

This is available for a fee.

Depending on the condition of the product, we may not be able to accept it, so please contact us.

Can I use it if I have metal allergies?

OHYA applies lacquer or urethane paint, so your skin does not come into direct contact with the metal. However, there is a rare chance that the paint may cause an allergic reaction, so please refrain from using it if you have sensitive skin.

Can I use it hot?

Lacquer and other paints may peel off.

Since the product is made of aluminum and copper, which have good thermal conductivity, there is a risk of burns from hot water, so please do not use it on hot items.

Can I use a dishwasher?

Please do not use dishwashers, dish dryers, over open flames, microwaves or ovens as they may cause scratches, damage or injury.

Gently hand wash with a small amount of dishwashing detergent and a soft sponge, rinse thoroughly and wipe dry with a dry cloth.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee is 1,320 yen nationwide.

I would like to purchase an item as a gift. Can it be gift-wrapped?

It will be delivered in an original OHYA box, so it can be used as a gift as is.

We do not provide gift wrapping services.

The product was not what I expected. Can I return it?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience after the product has been opened.

However, we do accept returns and exchanges for defective products and products that were damaged during shipping, so if you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within one week of receiving the item. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Delivery dates can be set on the cart screen. Please note that you cannot set them on the checkout screen.

However, depending on the time of year and quantity, we may not be able to meet your request.
